  Think twice before handing over cash or credit card numbers to the owner of this "CNY Tour business" Donna Houseman owner and convicted felon in Oneida County for theft, Rico, Embezzlement poses as a so called "tour guide". She is nothing more then a criminal. Sure everyone deserves a second chance in life. The third or fourth chance is out of the question. I recently took a trip with them and found out she rents buses from whom ever will rent her a bus. Knows nothing about history, touring and has a personality of a bag of sand. Look up her booking photo and police reports of her cases. I checked with other bus companies and it seems they all heard of her and wont rent her a bus. My first and last trip. I'm calling the bus company and filling them in with the facts too, i'm sure they don't have a clue. Freedom of speech is a wonderful thing...check the facts before you book. overall had a great time, driver did more then the so called "tour guide" did.
