    I was visiting relatives in Utica, NY & needed a pedicure. I went to Fashion Nails & experienced the worst pedicure I've ever had. The woman spent about 60 seconds filing my feet with some "heavy grade sand paper". My feet were so rough that I had to re-do them myself when I got home. She was distracted and hurried the entire time. My polish was poorly done & crooked also.
    I would not recommend this place to anyone, for any reason. The only good part was the greeting from the manager. He was professional & pleasant.
