  I walked out of the store thinking I had a full month before my bill was due... That's what I was told by the sales women. when come to find out it was due 5 days earlier & that i had to pay a month in advance for my first bill which also no one told me. & my bill was supposed to be once price but turns out for 2 months it's 40$ higher. The price I was given by the sales women was because it's a promotion which I was also unaware.. the promotion takes 2 billing cycles to kick in. Had I been aware of this I would have never put 800$ down on something I no longer want. Now I'm stuck paying their prices or have to pay 1600$ to get out of something I'm VERY unsatisfied with. I traveled with this phone and I barely get service anywhere besides Utica, herkimer, & Syracuse. I live in neither of those places & have to use my Wi-Fi for calling & texting. NEVER again will I deal with sprint.
