    Texas Roadhouse delivers solid, dependable steakhouse fare. The steaks are delicious. There’s a good variety of steak choices. For those in the mood for something different, there are other options. At our last visit we had the Caesar Chicken salad and a tenderloin filet. The salad was a generous proportion. The lettuce was served with dressing on the side, as requested. The steak was served a bit more rare than the medium rare that was requested, but this did not diminish the tastiness. The difficulty arose with the Gluten Free Menu. The choices are limited and Texas Roadhouse seems to assume that Gluten-free is equivalent to seasoning free. A little salt and pepper would be welcomed.
